Returns & Exchanges

At SPELLROO GAMING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging with all hangtags still attached to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
